Yo! My name is Jayden Jeong.
But you might know me better as "ddozzi" or "krozzi" if you met me online.
Right now, I'm working on a few things:
- developing a general-purpose causal visual learning model with Dr. Vijayan Asari at the University of Dayton, Ohio
- axira - an organization I head that builds free high quality websites (like this one) for businesses, labs, and individuals.
- breaking through my clarinet skill plateau
- reading more philosphical and classic literature
- getting better at graphic and web design
who i am
I am a Korean-American guy raised in the plains of Kansas and the urban hearts of Massachusetts and Kentucky.
I love creating and building. Its why I've always been so drawn to LEGOs and Minecraft (fun fact: these two, and a bad laptop, are the direct cause of my programming journey).
I love rurality. I enjoy the silence, nature, and strong community bond of country living. There is something uniquely beautiful about watching the sun set and stars fade in, slowly engulfing the otherwise black sky.
I love collaboration, mentorship, and kinship. Everything in front of you at this moment was created through these means. There was laughter shared over drinks between the factory workers who made your screen. There was joy and friendship shared between the developers of your browser. There was mentorship and humanity shared between the guy who designed this website and the YouTuber who guided him when he first started. There are people, not persons, behind everything. I think that's beautiful.
I love love. When everything in life is stripped away, one-by-one, in terms of importance, I see love as the last thing remaining. It is the backbone of my existence.

built w/ next.js, tailwind, and gsap. typefaces are quadrant mono and jaegyosa. you could either find them online or look in the network tab and just rip it off of this site. all design by me; all programming done by me.
